REQUIREMENTS FOR EMPLOYMENT PASS APPLICATION

• Foreigner may apply for an Employment Pass to do business in Singapore or be employed if they have a tertiary level education from a recognised University, professional qualifications or some years of working experience.
• The basic salary must be above $2500.00 per month.
• The Employment Pass approval may take between 3 to 14 working days from the date of submission.
• Employment Pass holder may apply for Dependant's Passes for a Spouse and Unmarried Children under 21 years old.
• The spouse of Employment Pass holder is eligible to apply for a Dependant Pass and obtain consent from Ministry of Manpower to work in Singapore.
